Birkenstock Express began in 1987 as the mailorder division of Footwise, a family-owned and operated retail shoe store in Corvallis, Oregon. We pioneered online Birkenstock sales in the early days of e-commerce, taking our first online order in 1995. Since then we've grown into one of the largest Birkenstock retailers in the business. We pride ourselves on eco-friendly business practices and knowledgeable customer service.
