Exchanges and Returns

Shoes must be in new condition.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement pair to you at no charge (Ground shipping to U.S. addresses only).
We include pre-addressed UPS Ground Return Labels with all outgoing orders to the contiguous 48 states.
If you use our label for Exchanges, return shipping is Free.
If you use our label for Returns for refund or credit, it will cost you $8.95. We will deduct $8.95 from your merchandise
credit or refund.
If you live in the contiguous 48 states and don't have your UPS Return Label, click here to print a new one. You will need your Order# and Zip Code.
- Use our original box AND outer shipping box.
- Completely cover our shipping label with the return label.
- Drop the return package off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS drop off location. Visit www.ups.com/dropoff
for the location nearest you or give it to your local UPS driver.

Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $100.
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $100. If your total doesn't quite reach that amount, consider adding a pair of socks, some care products, or an insole you've always wanted to try. You'll save money on those extra items because you won't have to pay shipping.
Air delivery services are optionally available at regular price (see prices below).
Some reasons you may want to give us a Business Address for your delivery:
- Fewer delays due to a signature being unavailable.
- On average, business deliveries are more reliably on-time.
- Most business deliveries are more efficient and burn less fuel.
- Less risk of theft when packages are left at your door.
Of course, if the receivers at your business don't know or will not bother to notify you, this could backfire!
Our shipping boxes are sturdy - but not always pretty:
We have recently increased our efforts to re-use all intact shipping boxes from incoming returns and exchanges. So don't be surprised if your shoes arrive in an 'experienced' box. We want the contents to be perfect but the appearance of the box . . not so important.
We will order out-of-stock items (may not apply to sale items) and
ship them separately from the rest of your order, with no extra shipping
charge to you. Allow an extra week for out-of-stock items.
