Order Form
and send it in with your shoes. Check with us before giving up on your Birkenstocks! We may be able to fix them even if you think they are worn out and beyond hope. Our authorized repair team is known for high quality work. We're also great problem-solvers, and will do whatever is possible to repair your Birkenstocks. Most repairs can be completed in one week -- we'll let you know if it might take longer. Send your shoes to us (clean them first, if necessary - we'd appreciate it!) with a filled out order form or a note containing the following information:
- A description of the repair work you want us to do
- Your estimate of the cost, based on our price list (include shipping costs)
- The maximum amount you are willing to spend
- Your email address and/or daytime phone number with area code
- Your choice of shipping method and the best address to use to return your repaired shoes
